On February 28, 2020, the Supervisory Board of the open joint-stock company "Minsk Production Leather Association" Minsk District made a decision (minutes No. 9) to terminate the Agreement No. 153-11 / 6655 for depository services of the issuer dated January 31, 2003 with the limited liability company "Lacerta" and the conclusion of an agreement for depository services of the issuer with the closed joint-stock company "Agrocapital".
